What you can expect

Treatment planning: After an initial consultation and scans, we’ll take time to plan the best placement for your implants to ensure maximum stability.
Implant surgery: Between 4 and 6 dental implants are placed into the jaw using the latest computer-guided methods.
Temporary teeth: Implants are placed, and we’ll then fit a temporary full-arch denture in a process known as immediate loading.
Healing and final restoration: Over the next few months, while your implants naturally fuse with your jawbone, you get to try out your new teeth. Once stabilised, the temporary denture is removed and replaced with a beautiful customised permanent denture.
Enjoy your new smile: You are now ready to eat, speak and smile with confidence!

For patients missing most or all of their teeth, replacing every tooth with a single dental implant isn’t always practical or cost-effective. All-On-4 or All-On-6 dental implants provide a full arch restoration using either 4 or 6 strategically placed implants. For patients, this means…

What’s the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?

Both treatments are used to support a full arch of teeth, but as the name suggests, one uses 4 implants while the other uses 6 – the latter provides extra stability where needed.

Who’s a good candidate for same-day teeth?

If you’re missing most or all of your teeth or need multiple teeth extracted, then you could be a good candidate. Even if you have some bone loss, this advanced technique allows us to work within your existing bone structure. A 3D scan will help to determine suitability.

Will I need bone graft treatment?

Not necessarily. All-on-4 and All-on-6 implants are designed to be placed in areas where the bone is naturally stronger, reducing the need for bone grafting in many cases. However, our team will assess this based on your needs.
